Pretty sure Jesse was in rehab for a couple months.  Walt has to get the surgery from Uncle Jun's cancer doc, do several weeks of rehab, then the planes crash, and the investigation is completed.  I think season 2 takes the most time.  Season 4 felt like it was less than a month.
