Here to follow up that with a reminder of how super terrible the end of the novel is with it's mutant and other mutant garbage.
In real life, he looks like the poster child for Heroin. Deathly skinny and pale.
Someone needs to tell the production crew of The 100 about the idiocy of long hair in combat happy warring times.
Hey, The Postman novel was no shining gem either. That whole ending with the mutant/other mutant stuff was pretty awful.
They didn't really have time, Rick straight up shot him the second he said he was Negan.
Yeah, like when you see someone, in the scene.
I think Abraham is top choice. He's played out his storyline, and there's not a lot of nuance to him. I can't see the producers having Carol beaten to death, would NOT play well in social media. Glen is still a possibility, though again, they'd risk fans turning on them after the fake out earlier.
Sigh. Bottle episode with very little new to say. There was nothing really added to the characters or the situation by the end of it, and the "slice of life" wasn't entertaining. If it had been a completely separate group (non-Negan), and they were close knit and a reflection of our gang circa Season 3/4, it might…
Really? The ratings I saw last were almost fractional, and underpeforming the Sunday night lineup. I should look again.
Firm disagree with the A- for this episode. Other than January Jones rocking it, everything else was tedious at best. Phil being weird/mourning/acting crazy was monotonous this week.
It's sad how the writers of Supergirl took a show about a strong female protagonist, and immediately saddled her with living in the shadow of her male cousin, as well as having her solve problems in the exact same fashion as he.
Paul Rubens is hilarious in his death scene. Unforgettable. And the interviews at the end are Whedon dialogue at its best.,
Not to mention that Nicholson seems too crazy from the start. Needed a more "normal" actor to really amp up the crazy towards the end.
If MInority Report (film)had ended with Anderton being placed in suspended animation, it would have been brilliant.
To be fair, the Postman's super weird mutant/ anti-mutant ending was just terrible.
The jester hopping in to frame in a high chair was the high water mark for me.
I thought the old couch would end up in the storeroom as well.
Good plotting, terrible dialogue.
I never said I particularly like Frank, but you're in a judgy mood. I simply said that the direction the narrative was going never hinted that Russo would ever be anything but a pawn in the game.
