Malcolm's ending speech was fucking amazing,  but the MVP of the episode was Robyn. Good God her incompetence never fails to result in laughs. This whole season has been incredible, I really wish it didn't have to end.

Simon and Marceline's relationship really reminded me of the opening half of Justin Cronin's The Passage. A sloppy, shitty but still breezy and slightly fun vampire novel with an older man protecting a half-vampire child during the collapse of civilization. The parallels are surprisingly similar.
