Is the collapsing of universes going to turn out like Marvel vs. DC with an amalgam episode? God I hope so.

Where's the love for Stardust Memories?

Reading these walkthroughs just really made it hit home how much I adore this show. I was sixteen when it first aired and it's one of the few shows that I started with at the ground floor. I remember the following season after the finale aired, desperately looking forward to the second season, only to be extremely

It was nice to see Anna Draper and Flight of the Conchords Greg getting some work.

Lol wut?

This is one of the best albums of the year so far.

Uhm…

Nice! And from the Grog Shop to boot! Oh, the memories…

You must be a lot of fun at parties.

@avclub-f3ae73acef04bc05dc28783199c2a335:disqus I especially enjoy the sped-up version of They Took a Vote & Said No. I really appreciate an artist that is willing to play around with their songs and arrangements.

I wish more people would include Swan Lake while referring to Spencer Krug's labyrinthine output. Dan Bejar of Destroyer, Corey Mercer of Frog Eyes and Spencer added up to two impressive but largely ignored LP's (Spotify has both). Beast Moans is the poppier of the two, but Enemy Mine is much more confident, and hangs

^^ this. The krautrock influence of Siinai works so surprisingly well with Spencer. I wasn't crazy about his first Moonface record (in fact I really only liked one song, Fast Peter). But this, along with the Zammuto LP are easily the most pleasant surprises of the year.

He has imported songs from different projects (Sunset Rubdown's I'll Believe in Anything, You'll Believe in Anything and Wolf Parade's I'll Believe in Anything, Sunset Rubdown's Paper Lace and Swan Lake's version of the same song), among re-recording (Stadiums & Shrines from Snake's Got a Leg and Stadium & Shrines II

I still hold out (completely unfounded and surely idiotic) hope that at some point in the future they could do a reunion special or movie. I'm sure it will never happen, but a guy can dream, can't he?

*glances around*

It sounded like Gary from the Venture Brothers, but I could be mistaken.

WHERE'S WALLACE?!??!?

The Observers - No Surprises
September - Bulletproof…I Wish I Was
Walter - The Amazing Sounds of Orgy or I Am Citizen Insane
Lincoln - Sulk
The First People's Machine - Separator

He need to make that James Quall movie.
