This discussion reminds me of Jann Wenner's hyperbolic Rolling Stone review of "Slow Train Coming" from back in the day:
"Bob Dylan is the greatest singer of our times. No one is better. No one, in objective fact, is even very close. His versatility and vocal skills are unmatched. His resonance and feeling are beyond

"The man who replaced Peter Cetera" has been with Chicago for 28 years now, a much longer stint than Cetera's.  Goes to show you that tenure doesn't guarantee name-recognition.  (His name is Jason Scheff).

The check's in the mail, I'll see you in church.  Don't you ever change.

I respect a good "but: train" also.

"Wear the eyepatch Bret, wear the funky, funky eyepatch."

Or maybe they just record multiple takes.  You know, like the old-timers did.

Good to see the Decemberists' Jenny Conlee back onstage!

Both films are available on Netflix streaming.

"Bill Nye The Science Guy", the entire series.  Disney owns the rights.  They do sell it to schools for $25 per 30-minute episode, but at that price it's  unattainable for the masses.

What's with the extra 40 seconds of silence at the end of that video?

It's not listed above, but they're also playing Kansas City on April 4.

Not too hard, not tooo soft….

Mmmm, motorboatin'.

So this is how comedy dies.  With polite applause.

"Cry Baby-Baby-OH, Cry"

That "Reign" song is pretty cool, but 12 minutes — who do you think I am, Sting?
