She was great as John Holmes's wife in "Wonderland."  Not really one iota of quirky in that role.

The one I remember most from the revival is one where Mia Sara plays a sorority girl who has to go through hazing in a fun/spook house after hours in an amusement park.  I vividly remembered the climax.  I watched on youtube a while ago.  It held up fairly well.

And then there's . . . Not Maude.  Humphs.  Disappointed.

I hope there's some Andy and Oli discussion coming up.  I think the whole "trying to carry each other across the street" in an upcoming episode would be the perfect time.

Why would they play the Sara Bareilles/Ingrid Michaelson "Winter Song" song in the background?  I mean, it's a great song (with a really neat animated video), but . . . You know, winter.  I love the cast for Coven, but if these little trailers are any indication, it's going to be a very spooky-less season.  But I'm

I love that short little close-up of Michael after he's wondered if black people like pizza.  His little nod and facial expression of, "Hey, they do like pizza . . ." is ever so hilarious.

My heart just pooped its pants.

I'd see a Michael Scott/Michael Scarn joint (Great Scott!).  But I've always found David Brent to be much more abrasive, grating, and frankly, creepier than his American counterpart.

Dude, I like Roseanne, but that's hardly the most controversial episode of the show.  I vote for Maude, because abortion is HILARIOUS.

When I was a kid, TBS seemingly aired James Bond movies every weekend.  This was slightly before (and probably during) the awesome Timothy Dalton films, so they'd mostly air the late 70s and early 80s Roger Moore Bond films.  It's definitely because I saw them as a kid, but I'll always have a soft spot for the zanier

Fully agree.  I posted about this before scrolling down.  Characters in Girls and Sex and the City *talked* about getting an abortion, characters stated that they'd had one in the past, but no one actually goes through with one.  They either decide to keep it or, in the case of Girls, some deus ex machina-esque plot

Probably already posted, but what about that episode of Maude where she decides to have an abortion?  Even today, characters talk about getting an abortion, and characters mention having one in the past, but no one actually goes through with it (Sex and the City, Girls).

God, everyone I know LOVES this damn movie and how "amazing" it is.  I like doses of Heathers-esque snark (or Mean Girls, if you're going for the poor man's Heathers) and Rebel Wilson, so I watched it and hated almost every minute of it, for all the reasons you astutely pointed out.  Also: Why was there so much barf

Too soon.

I thought that Malin Akerman was cast in this film, then left, leaving Amanda Seyfried to join the cast?

I don't know about "fucking awesome" but it was better than I was led to believe.  And probably worth it alone for that scene with Kristen Wiig in the coffee shop.

Season 8 was kind of a mess.  Season 9 redeemed itself, but mostly because Andy (Ed Helms) was gone for 7 episodes.  I can't blame Ed Helms for the way the Andy character was treated, though.  Andy was one of my favorite characters until season 8, when the writers decided to bend his character to whatever type of

No, no one goes to movies like these, ever.  It's a vast conspiracy meant to confound you, specifically.  If people want to spend their hard-earned $10 by seeing a movie of their choice, who's to judge them?

Watch "Scott's Tots."
