I miss the earlier seasons, when they would basically show the fashion show as the audience saw it. No superfluous production, steady cameras, music picked by designers, etc.

Chivalry! Because with gay men, the traditional gender roles aren't there, meaning that "Who pays?" is a frequent and legitimate question. So saying "I'll pay for you, anytime." He's saying "You don't even have to ask, I'll always take care of you."
