Running With Scissors WAS terrible (the movie, not the memoir). Hearing that he's the same guy that does Glee and such, that's all I needed to hear to stay away from this thing… Not like I was likely to see it in the first place.

Ditto for Halle Berry

Excellent song, excellent band.

The real reason Anthony is out is because they can pay Wolfgang less money. That, plus the fact that he makes the third Van Halen in the band… Van Halen… and now Diamond Dave is really outnumbered when it comes to decisions and band opinion.

Nah that's just plain weird all over

No problem, I'll "turn her out" myself…

Let me just chime in as another voice that it's really dull… and the only version I've seen is the shortened (approx. 1:30) version on Netflix that Tasteful Nerdity above mentions. Somehow I doubt a longer cut with more orgy stuff and whatnot would make it much better (but I'd still see it).

At this point, cue Bill Hicks bit about Jim Fixx, who popularized jogging, dying at 52 of heart failure…

You're a jerk PVC.

You can get Yuengling everywhere in central Florida. It's awesome, unlike Hayden Christensen and all three of the Star Wars prequels.

Also, to CheeseGimp above: Picard didn't introduce humanity to the Borg. I believe it was implied that the lost colonies in the first season final ep "The Neutral Zone" were taken by the Borg, who weren't discovered until later.

They didn't, he's talking out of his posterior. Generations shouldn't be taken too literally anyway. Is there some way we can just retcon by fiat of the Trekkie population? I'd like to think there was a much more dignifying way for Kirk to die.

Since Savage Love doesn't have a comments section, I'll use this thread to make my point: it's all well and good if he's looking for a way to let the polyamorous know there's some kind of justification for why they feel that way, but I and the mass of the general population ain't about to share just because we ought

Freaks and Geeks hit the nail on the head better than any previous high school tv show I'd ever bother tuning in to. And I identified with Lindsay the most as well, even though I'm a guy. It's more like I was a stereotypical "good kid" and good student who started to really tune out near the end. At some point the

@Cyrus of the Gramercy Riffs - not if we consider that nasty car wreck he got in with his mistress a couple years ago. Not magical in the leastest.

Plus, rotoscoping removes that "dated" element that movies inherently have when they're filmed. You may recognize things like cars, TVs or computers as being of a certain time, but the simple color palette and lighting don't instantly mark it in any particular decade. Fifty years from now it could easily be guessed

Funny, I was thinking exactly of Steve Buscemi as a more fitting actor in the Bob/Fred role as well.

The Pakled captain in Samaritan Snare voiced Starscream and Cobra Commander. And now you know…

I forgot how much I've always hated "The Icarus Factor"
Most people usually dislike Pulaski because of her Data-hate, but this was for me the worst of it. Cmdr Riker has a legitimate reason to stay cold to his douchebag abanding father, and instead of some distance and due respect for his (rightfully earned) feelings,

Well, there's some true-to-life emulation. Apart from the absurdity of Geordi jumping from Lt jg to Lt Cmdr in two years, everyone else had a requisite amount of time at their given rank before being promoted. Granted, we don't know how long Sisko had been Cmdr when he was promoted (and it's been too long since
