Yeah, my weight loss was definitely NOT healthy - but I've more or less maintained a healthy lifestyle since then and stabilize my weight. Much smarter about my eating these days. Also ride my bike too, love it (usually too and fro work most days) and go for a good solid jog 2-3 times a week.
