The Dany storyline is pretty much explicitly about Iraq, and the whole idea of liberal intervention. and by "explicitly" I mean "clumsily".

No-one dies in their POV episodes, except one-off redshirts. And Catlyn, but she comes back.
Yeah, once you know Abercrombie is doing Unforgiven (OK, meets Deadwood meets the Searchers meets Meeks Crossing meets every other Western) it's pretty obvious who'll be the William Munny figure

Rather than rehash the season fight, can I just mention that the review undersells Walken's entrance - surely one of the great cameo moments of all time. Much as I love Alan Alda, Santos vs Walken would have been a far better last season

The Fucker was kind of a one-shot gag, though - just "Oh my God, he's worse than Malcolm" - and having skipped over the election I'm not sure he's add. As for "because his real life equivalent has fallen", by that logic you'd have lots of scenes of Tucker writing dreadful novels and tweeting.

The Milk snatcher nickname comes from when she withdrew it from older kids in the 1970s

Let's put it another way - there was a huge critical backlash (among indie types in the UK, anyway) after Parklife, and by the time Country House came out there was huge Blur-fatigue. The whole fight for number one, following the total ubiquity of Girls and Boys, is why you got the whole "Q: Blur or Oasis? A: Pulp"…

This is 100% true and always ignored, mostly because when it came out most sensible people were hugely bored of them and the whole schtick
