I finished it yesterday, and I'd say that the pacing issues mentioned above are compounded by entire sections that could have been excised completely. It was just a ponderous book. It sounds ridiculous, but I will decide whether to read the next volume based strictly on its length.

The ending of Drag Me to Hell is a bit goofy, but LIGHTEN THE FUCK UP, Handlen. Jesus. That movie is a total blast. The possessed goat alone is worth a full re-watch.
