I love D'onofrio's Kingpin. He nails the role completely.

Superman vs. the Hulk. Isn't there, like, a whole internet thing where people debate this?

It can be really enjoyable. The biggest drawback is that certain heroes don't match up well with certain villains, which means the wrong card coming out can ruin your whole game.
