On the other hand - missions to keep a baby/member of the group alive are an organic, sensible plot engine. So they've got that going for them.

I thought this was one of the stronger episodes so far this year - the COTW was compelling, everyone had something to do, they started to build on the hints they've been dropping about Cary becoming important due to Clarke, the Kalinda/Nick storyline involved the rest of the cast and wasn't just going on in its own…
