I for one think the character would be a lot stronger if he were a little less batshit than he was in the comic.

Or at least hide. "Maybe I've gained super-speed since the battle began!" is not a good strategy.

In fairness, shit more frequently wants to kill you on Gossip Girl than one would expect from the genre.

Roethlisberger played pretty well after someone told him that it wasn't a prison team and he didn't have to have those nightmares anymore.
Hmm. Are we defining right now as active shows, or as those actually current in-season?
Anyone who's seen Cloud Atlas - is it understandable if you haven't read the book? Flip side, will I still want to read it after seeing the movie without having done so?
"In Excelsis Deo", abso-fucking-lutely. "Noel" I feel like is pretty informed by the shooting and subsequent events, but it has enough of its information on the table that it's still worth a watch, same with "Holy Night".

Here's the thing - this has improved this season, but this show's gender politics are so frequently sketchy that I'm not 100% sure whether or not the lack of women standing guard was supposed to be a hint that all is not right in Woodbury, or whether it's just Lori-like views have taken hold on the town.
