I think there should be a moratorium on these declarations of love, I do find them kind of creepy.

It´s not like they put dialogue over sex, exactly. Anyway, and as I see it, this episode was more about setting up things for the last two than character development; I don´t think there was any great story advancement, other than (perhaps) the rift between Tyrion and Cersei.

As I was watching this episode, I kept thinking it was -by far- the most boring to date, yet I truly believed that there should be at least 20 minutes left when it ended. I still think it was boring, though; especially the nurse storyline: I can´t see where it may go or how it could be important later on.

Disqus horrible design duly noted; thanks for the tip on how to reply.

@avclub-fff4ac4c2f46e5cd75ec8b515c235031:disqus I don´t know why I can´t reply to your comment, so I´ll post here. I think the difference is Sansa´s intent: it´s not merely "I don´t want them to kill me", but "I´m gonna live and get the SOB"

What Overthinker said.

She´s obviously in a dangerous position, but the reason I believe that her storyline may become more interesting is precisely because (maybe) she´s not so helpless after all. I see her "I love Joffrey" parroting more as cold calculation than self-defense.

Agreed, I would happily watch the Tywin & Arya Show.

Up until Tyrion said that Sansa “may outlive us all”, I considered hers to be one of the most boring storylines (right there with Jon Snow´s). I still think it is currently (a little less) boring, but I believe it may turn out to be great down the road; here´s hoping she´s the one that kills the little fuckwit (maybe

Well yeah, but it actually has more to do with pretty women in general than redheads in particular.

"But his affection for Sansa is obvious (“I didn’t do it for you,” he tells Tyrion), another in a long line of inappropriate romantic interests on Game Of Thrones." I really don´t see it that way, I think the Hound/Sansa relationship is based on his pity towards her.

If that is what wildlings look like, I´ve been watching a show set in the wrong side of the wall…

BTW, I loved how she added the guard to the list.

Didn´t cross my mind, but yeah, something along those lines.

Ilyn Payne, Ned Stark´s executioner.

Torture for both women, certainly. Death? I´m not so sure. Anyway, that little fuck has to die the most painful death ever (I´m hoping, never read any of the books). Also, I was kind of relieved when they used the staff "just" to hit the girl (I thought they were going to put it to some other use).

"(F)illed with that hard-edged northern sympathy where Yoren can relate a story about burying an axe in a guy’s head and make it seem like a lovely parable of overcoming loss and closure" …and that´s why you write and I read. Great way of putting it.

Wanna see a "dancing with the stars" clone get really better? Behold the Argentinean version; it´s basically soft core porn.
