Anyway, hows your sex life?

I did not write a tell all! It's not true! Its bullshit! I did not write a tell all! I did NAHT.

The last one to get me this badly was Phil Hartman, which makes me sad to this day. The worst part is having seen him nearly "die" so many times as Tony some how makes this so…visceral. :(

Crushed.
I can't even explain why.

When it comes to modern Simpsons, I think I look for the following:

I hear there's old friends.
And new friends.
Even a bear?

I get the impression that at this point it's a friendly rivalry. But what's interesting is that if you listen to some commentary tracks on some of the old Simpsons episodes, there are some references to their clear disdain for the show. Maybe it's the track for "Lisa's Valentine," but someone points how "hey, he's

Good list, needs more MOKIKI! And the Louis CK Last Call.

He already ruled that out.

Fred Armisen's goodbye has to be up there with the best they've done because it fit him so well. And having Bill Hader up there sharing it with him along with all of Fred's friends (no coincidence Carrie Brownstein was right next to him) might have been the best goodbye since the Hartman/Farley "So Long, Farewell!"

Last year he clearly walked off the stage during "She's a rainbow". He wasn't initially on stage for the goodbyes, but showed up in a cotton shirt with his head mostly down. Can't tell if he's just waiting for a time to exit when he'll get more attention or if he really is just an emotional dude.

RIP Phil Hartman/Unfrozen Caveman Lawyer/Lionel Hutz/Troy Mc Clure, etc. etc. etc. This was and always has been the celebrity death that has hit me the hardest and it still does.

Which is fucking sad. Just thinking of that moment makes me a little teary.

I reference Old French Whore regularly just to see if anyone remembers it…nobody does.

Bob is the anti-Don.

She never clarified, but maybe they were looking at an extended episode or expected to release a directors cut on Hulu. Parks and Rec has done this, and in a few occasions even just a couple minutes of deleted footage made a difference…and that's a much more consistent show.

I'm actually surprised to see the number of people who disliked this one so vehemently. Rehash? Yes, but it felt full circle given the number of times the darkest timeline has popped up. Ideally, the darkest timeline would have gone away after Remedial Chaos Theory…but it didn't. So fine.

everything will be fine
