He can make a decent action scene.

I want Stephen King and Neal Stephenson to co-write a book.
After Prison Break and The Walking Dead I hope Sarah Wayne Callies finally gets a role in a genre show that isn't hated by the entire fanbase.
Don't forget Balki Bartokomous' Bogus Journey, AKA The Langoliers.
All the trailers were nap-inducing, so I'm glad there's more here then what those showed.
If we're being totally fair here, they dumped the last season of LoK due to mediocre ratings and the studios doing their best to kill American action cartoons due to how expensive they are to make. Lesbians have nothing to do with it.
Wait, Lily Collins isn't in this? I thought this was supposed to be an actual sequel to that movie.
I feel like every time I see her WIkipedia page she's written nine new books in 2 years. She just seems to be a workhorse of absolute garbage.
If you want another great pulp/art combination based off of Kazuo Koike's work I would suggest "Crying Freeman", directed by Christope Gans and starring Mark Dacascos.
It's like a Crank sequel mixed with an 80's Orion Pictures action movie. There's so much insane shit that I pretty much can't even catalogue all of it because of how fast a clip it comes up.
I think Dolph, Jane and Stevenson were all great for what they were. For better or worse they all perfectly encapsulated the era's of Frank they took inspiration from.
Jon Bernthal is such perfect casting for Frank that it actually makes me mad I never thought of it before.
Just shoot it in my veins already, Netflix.
He's 78 years old and still making Hollywood epics like Exodus like he was 25.
Wait, are you trying to argue that male rape doesn't exist?
That first season was such a bold and angry firestorm of politics and emotions I'll be interested to see if Ridley can keep it up without it turning into a corny racial PSA. I mean that first season was touching subject matter even the big prestige networks wouldn't go near with a thousand-foot pole much less…
I love The Last Samurai, but public perception has turned on that movie pretty hard. Probably something something white saviour complex complaints.
I might be one of the only people genuinely excited for that Jack Reacher sequel. I really enjoyed that first one.
I'm excited. Ayer isn't perfect, but he's weird and distinctive and that's exactly what Suicide Squad needs to work as a movie.
I only found about it last week when I saw a poster for it while grocery shopping.
