Eisenberg seems to be doing his best Dennis Hopper in SPEED impression.

This looked like a style-over-substance adaptation from the trailers, but considering how many fantastic versions there have been I'm totally fine with that. Not every new adaptation has to try and be the best, I'm totally fine with a dumb, pretty war-fest version.

80's Peterson was pretty much my first gay mancrush.

Yeah I was afraid this might be a little on the quiet side considering the kind of actor Peterson is, but this was lively and he clearly had a great time.

What? The point of both stories is that they're addressing both the racist practices AND the fact that it shouldn't shield the clients from their wrongdoings. The Good Wife has NEVER been black-and-white about its cases or clients since the beginning, and the race of the client shouldn't change that.

Everything about this series feels like a screenplay extended into a TV show.

I still enjoy Lucky Number Slevin despite fully understanding it's only because I saw it a million times in my "edgy Tarantino teenager" phase.
