Can't agree with this. The writing in this episode was a little bit hokey compared to the almost flawless writing up to date.

At the end of this episode, Walt is clearly meant to be in hell and his cancer is coming back (notice the cough). While Walt descends into the abyss, Jesse, our hero, is rising from the belly of the beast as our hero. Gus is clearly cast as the antichrist.
