I first saw this movie when I was maybe six. And it inspired me to seek out older movies - specifically all the Frankenstein and Wolf Man movies (and other old horror movies) that came before this one. It was high school before I finally tracked down the two movies that came just before this one (House of Frankenstein

It was "Edith's Crisis of Faith". One of the Christmas episodes. One hour long episode. Their Christmas episodes were intense. One of my favorite shows ever.

So why can't Raimi use any imagery from the MGM film? Disney used the ruby slippers in Return to Oz. Has something with the rights changed since that happened?

I think almost all the characters are pretty self-centered. And I often don't like them - with the exception of Peggy who still retains some sense of fairness. She's less jaded, although she's becoming more entitled. The difference being that we've seen why she's entitled to certain things. We began her journey (and

Only nagging unanswered LOST questions for me:

::waits patiently for news of the Veronica Mars movie.::

I wasn't that big a fan of Abbott and Costello's war/service comedies. I generally loved their supernatural comedies. My favorites were Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein, The Time of Their Lives, and Hold That Ghost. But they also did a lot of crap and repeated themselves too much. I was surprised this release is

Fields basically had two main characters: hen-pecked husband and curmudgeon. Of the firs type, my favorites are The Man on the FLying Trapeze and It's a Gift. Of the latter, I like You Can't CHeat an honest Man. But Never Give a Sucker an Even Break is absolutely insane. He plays "himself" and it's bizzare. I love it.

Mine is either the Peanuts Halloween t-shirt I'm wearing right now or the Jaws Movie Poster T-shirt I own. I would really like a Scooby Doo t-shirt, but I haven't found one I like. Yet.

I have a tattoo *inspired* by pop culture. It's inspired from the scene in Close Encounters when the young boy opens the door and the red light comes shining through. With my tattoo, there's no boy and the light isn't all red. It's meant to represent the idea of inviting in the unknown, being open to new things, and

Not to sound like I'm defending Gary Ross, cause I really don't care about him, but I think he was probably confined by having to make the movie pg-13. It's not pg-13 material so he has to shoot some bloody, violent action scenes without getting an R. At least that was probably PART of the problem.

Cogito Ergo Doleo from LOST.

Young Adult.

Niether Charlize Theron nor It's Always Sunny got mentioned. This list is dead to me.

Silence of the Lambs and No Country are definitely genre movies. The Departed, too. It happens every now and then.
