Ohmygod, I just rewatched it. She walks by the truck, Todd call Mettab, truck blows up, and Todd makes comment about her head not being in the right place. Then, at the end, in the morgue, one of the attendants asks what her tits look like, and the other attendant says, "They're in the drawer." Truly horrible.

A bit confused. How did Alice die? Was she passing by the truck when it
exploded? And that last scene… who was that guy who survived the
nuclear war?
