Dookie and everything prior is good, and then I felt like they finally really got the Clash thing that they always claimed to be going for when American Idiot came out.  Everything else is shit, though.  And, yeah- I'll be all hipster and mention that it pisses me off how big American Idiot became and how everybody

I always wondered what kind of person (female, no less) has no knowledge of Green Day, yet extensive knowledge (and apparently obsession) of pro wrestling.  And opera.  I mean, WTF?  And she writes about both pro wrestling and opera in her diary?

I think you mean, "another band".

Allegedly, it's an album of radio-friendly pop rock, an album of ballads, and an album of punk.  One might question if Green Day even know the difference between those three things anymore.

I've always been confused- did they drive old Dixie down before, or after the lights went out in Georgia?

WTF?  Are they just trying to prove that American Idiot was a complete fluke?  After "bringing back" punk and album-oriented rock, they're trying to do the same with disco?  Or are they just simply trying to make sure that any good will I (and everyone else on the planet) actually harbored for them capsizes while

@Ike1:disqus Holy hell- I'd never seen that before.  That image alone is gonna give me nightmares now, probably.  That really gets to the heart (so-to-speak) of the Cybers, rather than the sort of "this year's Daleks" approach they got in "Rise".

Hungry Earth/Cold Blood was a decent-enough story, but I think it really could/should have been trimmed down to a single episode.  As two episodes, it just seems to drag on forever.

Goddammit.  "Cyberwoman".  How could you remind me of that episode, and make me regret how much I loved Ianto as a character?

Oh, my god…every time I try to forget "Miracle Day", somebody mentions it again.  It's on my list of "excellent premises that need to be reapproached by someone who knows what the hell they're doing".

@avclub-f3165be83d2dd835403b494eb7185ce2:disqus Frankly, I can't imagine BBC bringing back the serial format.  Having multiple episodes arced together nearly killed the momentum entirely last season.  And sure, an easy way around that would be to return to the 25-minute episodes of the past, as opposed to the
