A Christian band supporting Freddie For A Day. If I weren't a Five Iron Frenzy fan already, my mind would be blown by this. As it is, this made me love these guys more than I already do- to not only have had the balls to do this, but that they're doing it 1) during their reunion tour, and 2) that they did it during

Two questions:  1) how many of these tracks are Brian Jones- or Mick Taylor-era Stones, and 2) Can I just keep pretending they called it quits after Taylor left?

It was also, mainly, I believe, used as a means of getting the NES into toy stores.  The big toy chains were reluctant to take on another video game system immediately following the crash of the gaming market, so Nintendo were able to say, "Yeah, but look…it's got a robot.  It's obviously not a video game system,

Green Lantern wasn't the movie I'd hoped it would be, but it was far better than a lot of people were telling me it was.  That said, after I watched it, I was hoping to God for some sort of Kilowog-centric spin-off.  Ryan Reynolds as Hal Jordan?  Meh.  Michael Clarke Duncan as Kilowog?  Fuck yes.

I prefer to look at it as the fact that, even 500 years into the future, corporations are still convinced that XP is the most stable, reliable OS available.

It's probably the geek in me, but maybe my favorite part of the episode is that in one scene, where they're swapping out cards on the trash bin, you can clearly see the Windows XP "New Hardware Wizard" open. It's a little thing (in what is already a terrific episode), but it just brings me so much joy every time I

I still have never bothered to watch it, but I just assume it started life as a bigger-budget remake of the slasher flick, Michael Keaton got involved, and someone at the studio said, "You know….this guy- he's good at family comedies.  What can we do to bring this thing down to a family-friendly PG and bring in more
