Never really got the appeal of Ed, Edd, and Eddy, or Codename: Kids Next Door. Courage was good in short amounts, and Billy & Mandy really never worked that well as it's own show- it wound up overloading on weirdness, and then ended up having to try to cater to a generation of goth/emo kids by going ridiculously dark

Dexter's Lab was pretty good— sorry, but I'm a McCracken apologist myself. The early eps of Dexter were good, but when McCracken came in, it was 10 kinds of awesome. (It never got better than the Speed Racer soap box derby episode.) I thought Powerpuff Girls would be impossible to top….and then McCracken topped it

Not a big fan of Munn on the Daily Show, but on the other hand, her missing from Attack of the Show has forced THAT show to bring in the far superior Morgan Webb, which actually seems to bring it closer to it's TechTV roots (which is just fine by me….plus, I mean, come on— more Morgan Webb. Who can complain about

As can be said of most shaggy-dog stories, it's a long way to go for not much to get.

More for the list of 80s shows to be whored out—

Can they possibly get slightly meta, and cast Tory Belleci in the lead? That could be kind of awesome.

Don't besmerch the good name of the SelectaVision. That shit was awesome when it was first innovated (early '60s) — it's shitty corporation running that kept it off shelves until the 80s, by which time it was already beat.

I always love seeing/hearing genuinely intelligent people use big words just because it's the way they think. Casale was definitely not trying to impress anyone with that sentence.

I definitely heard something about it initially being a reference to the "Whip Inflation Now" ideals of Ford, then sort of encompassing the self-help mentality of the late 70s. Pretty sure it was an interview with Mark Mothersbaugh.

That's exactly why I have downloaded the album for my daughter— that and figuring it's the rare bit of Disney-fied music I can actually stand to listen to.

Gotta put in another vote for Pioneers. Comps are perfect for people who are just trying to figure out if they like a band, and what they like about them. On top of that, there's a staggering amount of alternate takes and the like on there that, I feel, are actually better than the album versions themselves. (It

I've hardly ever used Hulu, and will most likely continue to not use it, so this doesn't really impact me at all. However, it seems like the majority of the complaints are based around the fact that Hulu is charging (more than Netflix, I might add) AND collecting ad revenue on top of that. It's not so much an

"What's keeping her outta the pictures?" Seriously?
She was fuckin' AWESOME in 'Enchanted' (dear god, though, how I wish that film had stuck to it's original R-rated treatment), and is, in fact, besides Amy Adams sheer hotness and a few hilariously absurd gags (the seemingly endless stream of rats out the front door

I'll be damned if "Matt Damon and the Bitchtastic Afflecks" isn't the best band name I've read on here in a long time.

Seriously? Nobody caught that firstie? The article references 24. The comment references The 25th Hour.

Actually, I can see a lot of potential here- it could be used as a chance to finally pay off a lot of those abandoned storylines- Michael Scott leaves, and of course Dwight wants his position, but feels Jim is a shoe-in, given his past experience. Jim doesn't want it, knowing he can make more money in sales, but

Part human. Part robot. All heart.

First Duty *is* a pretty good episode, except that I can't separate it from his comment of "It's got Tom Paris in it!" THAT's what kills the episode for me. (And, seriously…to claim those two as the greatest episodes Trek has to offer? Against "All Good Things" and "Chain of Command"?! "Cause and Effect"?

Well…

I didn't think it was so much explaining one joke as it was throwing in another joke- indicating that even 1000 years from now, the damn CSI shows WILL NOT GO AWAY.
