Hey, I'm only pimping your podcast if I get a guest appearance every season. And I want red M&Ms in the green room in one of those little bowls.

Andrea's the closest they've ever gotten to another Parvati. She'll be back

Seriously Fuck Ozzy. Go Cochran

Haha I just realized Lost is Survivor Palau! The regular cast is Koror (Jack is Tom). And then the tailies are Ulong- Ana-Lucia is Stephanie and Eko is Bobby Jon

I've always felt like the last two seasons should be a two-part Greatest of All Time theme. First season is fan voted for the best non-winners and the winner and a couple other perhaps get invites to the final season which would be all winners or maybe just Survivor Hall of Famers

You are Andy. You are.

@avclub-a5fdfa672284da6bf4f4326e2b3698bd:disqus  Goddamn it now I want an AVClub Survivor Podcast!

Andy Dehnhart is a reliable source but if Rob isn't on this season it'll be the biggest CBS trolling since Gervase X

@JudgeReinhold:disqus You're a braver man than I

Me too. Panama and Vanuatu are the only two seasons I've never seen.

The difference here is that in-game pairs are always breakable. Some of them don't break but that doesn't mean they couldn't. Also no player is gonna place the needs of their alliance partner above their own needs. With spouses and parents competing the thought process of alliances changes drastically. I mean

What really intrigues me is what strategies these players will come up with. The concept of Survivor pairs completely changes every voting strategy we take for granted. And who doesn't expect Tina or Laura to bite the bullet for their daughters or Rupert for his wife?

If Kat goes with her boyfriend there's definitely the possibility of an ugly on-island breakup. I wouldn't sleep on Aras or his brother either

Stephen Fishbach is probably the most notable example of a recruit turned superfan.

Palau is a good graduate level survivor season. I wouldn't watch it first because it's very different from typical seasons but you should definitely consider it at some point.

For once man, I actually agree with you. Malcolm's a far better Survivor player than actor

Considering that Lost was originally conceived as Survivor with a script that twist would really be 21st century television coming full circle

I can't believe no one's mentioned the challenge where Amanda pulled her top off to win. She didn't even do it for chocolate and peanut butter!

So to answer your real question- Eddie did not knock up Brenda on Survivor

I was definitely thinking they should re-tool the HII this season, since this is basically Survivor: Pairs. Maybe you can't keep the idol for yourself but you have to give it to either a family member or an alliance partner AKA blood vs water
