Actually everyone was pulling everybody's clothes off in that challenge. It was like a mud orgy with competition and no penetration. And people say Survivor was never good.

I try to give them the benefit of the doubt on that one. Two weeks of no food, grueling physical conditions, and being constantly on camera will do wonders to wreck your emotional state. I'm not sure how long they're away from their families before they actually get to location either so that's a factor.
