Why do you hate Matty and Jesus?

I'm actually impressed with how willing this show is to intentionally push Jenna into unlikability. Any real teenage girl is going to be pretty horrible for long periods of time, but you don't see it much in the typical TV protagonist in these shows.

It made Jenna a strange form of self-righteous. For example in this episode Jenna just breezily thought everyone could remain above all the destruction she caused. She cheated on Matty, and then broke his heart. Matty's best friend is Jake and Tamara is dating Jake. It's not possible for everyone to just politely…

The show really is intentionally pushing Jenna as far into unlikability as possible.

I thought it was brave of them to just film an hour of Stephen Amell reading the "Paradiso" section of The Divine Comedy.

I am so firmly on Team Matty that I can't help thinking of Jenna as (to quote 30 Rock) "Double Hitler."

I really want that movie to exist.

It is a very white show. But anything that gives Natalie Morales work makes me happy…
