Not may become pregnant, are pregnant in the first episode.

Question: How many shows in recent years have been premised upon teenagers or near teenagers being pregnant? There are at least two this season (Mom and Welcome to the Family), but it feels like there have been dozens of them.

Yes. Marvel has already shown to be fairly willing to experiment with what works or does not work. And moving outside of films is easily a smart move for them. Currently they have a schedule of 3 movies per-year (2 Disney movies and 1 Fox movie), they can't really risk pumping that number up to five or six.

Maybe. I could also see them doing a Dazzler series, if they want to focus on the girl market (and Disney loves its girl market).

He's not naked often enough, nor is he crying enough.

This would be the best possible format for an Inhumans series, so obviously that's not going to happen.

We have to stop the horseman of stubbed toes!

It is a well established fact that Breaking Bad is an allegory for World War I, with Walter White representing Germany, and Gustavo Fring representing Austria-Hungry. However I think the show's most penetrating, and beautiful insight is the use of Hank Schrader as a stand in for Imperial Russia.

Well, we now know who the TRUE hipster is.

If you are not listening to The Dead Authors Podcast, you are doing yourself a disservice. The central conceit of the podcast is that Paul F. Tompkins plays H.G. Wells, who owns an actual time machine and uses it to conduct interviews with authors who have died prior to the 21st Century.

The IT Crowd special was really good. It was a good stand alone episode, but also provided closure even though that show really didn't need closure.

That's not exactly surprising. Donald has had at least one, and I believe a few moments of mental breakdown over the past few years. I don't think he was emotionally secure enough to cope with fame and success.

Yeah. This is going to be annoying. I usually wind up livebloging things by accident. I post an initial thought about something, and then something else happens that I want to follow up on, and before I know it, I've livebloged.

Well… in between posting this and right now, I did a certain sexual activity with someone.

So, in non-Disqus news, here is a boring to mildly amusing story from my life. My roommate got annoyed at how my computer always had the factory setting plain blue background and told me to change it. I asked him what to, and he replied "to anything else, a hot guy, for example." So, I told him I would, and I did.

Mad Men actually did terribly this past year. It seems AMC really bet on the wrong horse when it took money out of Breaking Bad and The Walking Dead to pay for it.

I DIGIFREAKED YOU!

I…I thought those numbers were not reachable by anything less than the Superbowl. Nothing has been over 6.0 in years!

@avclub-eede55069a8d3430b54730901f49c230:disqus are the tags for names working? Because it just looks like a string of numbers to me.
