I think Moore is by far the best story teller, and Miracle Man was obviously a huge influence on Ellis. But Ellis excels like no other at examining the psychological, sociological, and scientific possibilities associated with science-fiction, and superheroes in particular.

I don't think the AV Club will have to reduce in size, but they've just been screwed out of a lot of revenue.

It's actually pretty on-par with Ellis's more esoteric examinations of being superhuman.

I'm amazed at just how many teen dramas they managed to cram into that 11 minutes. I particularly loved how every single character had some sort of fabulous job.
