Hey, @avclub-eede55069a8d3430b54730901f49c230:disqus ! What's the ratio of vampires to scared villagers offering ominous, but vague warnings to travelers in Romania?

This Is The End

But he's sticking to his roots in casting Alex Pettyfer… the question is if Forest Whitaker is going to pee on him.

No, I have not seen either Human Centipede!

I would just like to remind everyone that this year I watched a movie where Nicole Kidman urinated on Zac Effron's face.

Underlining is more of a handwriting thing.

Halloween 6 is hilariously bad. In its attempt to turn Michael Myers into Jason, it introduces a cult, witchcraft, and a demon.

The fact that America's Kidz Got Singing is not a real TV show fills me with rage.

I love, love, love Huell Howser. James Adomian is a God almost at Paul F. Tompkins's level. Ice-T, Bobby Bottleservice, John C, Reilly, Huell, and a few others were really fighting it out for those spots.

Looks like someone else got that backer email!

I actually think this episode was nearly prescient (actually Wonderfalls is almost entirely prescient) about the Millenial generation. I actually think this series plays much better post-recession. Jaye's whole "over-educated, unemployable" lifestyle is pretty much exactly what an entire generation is living thanks to

Even if you could sing, with that face it would be like eating a steak that just came out of a dumpster.  Have you ever put

I think this episode was poorly placed. If it had been episode 10 or so, it would seem much more naturalistic. But as the third episode it feels really over-the-top plot complication that Jaye would have a stalker attempt to take over her life.

One of the best lines ever in an episode filled with them.

Next episode he gets a juicier part. While Sharon is pretty much always around, Aaron floats in and out of the narrative. He does get to do lots of really great stuff over the course of the season.

It was impossible for me to single out any one Andy Daly character, considering he usually only does them once, and they're all equally hilarious.

No one does farce quite as well as Frasier. In particular any instance where they throw a party is going to devolve into a series of escalating situations (often involving ludicrous lies) with hilarious results. Just wait until you get to the 18th episode of the fourth season…

Now that I've listened to half the Comedy Bang Bang episodes, I am making my top ten list of the funniest characters.

The fascinating thing about Hannibal is that it is pushing the nature of the police procedural into very new territories, in particular, a curious form of seriality. The cases linger in Hannibal. They are investigated and solved in an episode, but they are never resolved, merely subsumed in the show's narrative. The
