Which would make her Farraday's sister (or half-sister at least)?

Yeah, and who knows, Ben does end up going back to Dharma at some point. Wouldn't it be even more fucked up if Roger does turn over a new leaf (he seemed at least a little more cordial with Purge-era Ben, inviting him out for some beers in the van) and creepy sleeper cell Ben ends up killing him anyway?
I agree. I'm really disappointed that Ben will be losing all his memory of the situation. It also seems pretty selective, seeing as we know he goes back to Dharma in order to set up the Purge, and we can assume he doesn't forget EVERYTHING, like who his father is and whatnot.
Ooooh. I didn't even think about that! That balloonist doesn't stand a chance.
Kate
Maybe I've just built up too much apathy towards Evangeline at this point, but I didn't find myself any more or less impressed by her performance tonight than I usually am (which isn't much). I was more moved by Roger Linus' few short scenes than by all of the teary eyed Kate moments put together.
Oh my God I was right! I'm a genius.
I have a feeling that Kate's flashback will bore me.
I don't think that necessarily means we can definitively say that ALL dead people we see on the Island are manifested by the monster. It seems to be the situations in which the dead characters serve the purpose of driving a living character to a certain viewpoint or objective.
Seeing as Damon is a huge professed Watchmen fan I wouldn't doubt that there are some homages thrown in here or there.
If you're referring to what I think you are, then it was the Arrow station. In the orientation film Chang says
Point taken. I will totally agree with you on the love triangle. My eyes about rolled out the back of my head when I saw Sawyer and Kate exchanging painful love filled looks at one another during the reunion.
My feeling is, why wouldn't they go back? None of their lives had any particular purpose after they left the Island. Aaron is gone, Jack's a suicidal alcoholic, Hurley's in a nut house, Sayyid's loses Nadia, Sun has reason to believe Jin is alive.
The Island wakes up in bed next to Suzanne Pleshette, talks about the crazy dream it had.
More specifically, Darlton confirmed that Yemi was a manifestation of the monster.
Maybe your problem is more reconciling how the general nature of life and death as it's depicted on television conflicts with how it's dealt with on Lost. I'm not saying that they're above saving/killing off people for plot convenience, but a lot of the time they're dealing with it in an altogether different way than…
Very briefly, some things I forgot to mention:
The Truce
Of all the new information that's been flying around this season, the truce is one that's really starting to get my curiosity rising. It's been mentioned so often in the last few episodes that I feel I've been taking it for granted.
I like the Amy/Paul idea, because I have a feeling that there is a long history of switching sides/infiltration in the Dharma/Hostiles relationship. This would explain why each group seems to be so generally trigger happy when it comes to anyone of whom they are slightly suspicious. I'm guessing that both sides have…
I'm with Don Incognito on this. There have been several times where "Previously on Lost" has contained slightly altered dialogue from the actual airing of the episode. I think this is more cosmetic than anything, as it usually occurs to either clarify or obfuscate a plot point that is going to be expounded upon in…
I don't think that Ben necessarily needed any help in pulling off his plan. Actually, seeing as how utterly alone he seems to be in Dharmaville, I would be extremely surprised if there was anyone around willing to help him.
