Can we please, pretty please, with a cherry on top, get someone better to do this reviews? I DO NOT need to read what HAPPENED on the show, I've freaking seen it, duh!

the only horror movie that was so terrifying and I had to stop watching was "Showgirls."

“You don't get to be the supermarket king of Minnesota without making a few enemies.”

The show takes place in 2006, right? How could they be referencing 'The Social Network' if the movie came out in 2010?

The problem is that it was poorly done. I get that recapping and quoting exist in most reviews, but this was't balanced well, and because of that, not interesting or insightful. It felt like Caroline was describing the episode, blow by blow and adding, ”…and that was awesome!" at the end. I just tend to expect The AV

Were you hyperventilating because of this review? Well, you're gonna have a heart attack watching the show then.

This was was insanely boring to read - almost not worth it - because Caroline spent most of the time describing how the scenes went on and quoting the characters. If we're reading this, one should assumed we've seen the episode, I don't need to be reminded about what I just saw. I'm interested in the reviewer's

I just wanted to point out that what Becky snorts in the bathroom is heroin and not coke like John said in the review.

For a while, I thought
that Cuse and Ehrin were aware that the biggest card they had in
their hands was obviously Vera as Norma. I mean, every
time someone thinks of Norman Bates (now or fifty years from now) Anthony
Perkins black and withe shower scene with that infamous music cue will undoubtedly
come to mind, no matter

It's basically because he's such an amazing actor, and specially better when he's not talking because the writing is so fucking lazy!

I believe his accent to be flawless! Actually the ONLY good thing about the show is Vera and Freddie.

I'd totally watch that shit!

At this point, I rather watch a faux History Channel miniseries about the construction of the city's new bypass that will end up putting Norma Bates real estate investment off the map.

They live in houses with furniture from the '50s, drive cheap cars from '70s, dress like they're in the '60s, watch only film from the '40s, but listen to Radiohead and have iPhones! It's basically the hipster version of "Twin Peaks."

I'm guessing that as well, @avclub-943bed14192fee046510105155dd9073:disqus.  I thinks this episode was, in fact, poorly directed (not that the others were masterpieces, but at least they looked like they were making an effort), and that's why people seem to be getting different messages.

"Enlightened" was recently canceled by HBO, but is a show with passionate fans, cast, and crew. It deserves a new life through another outlet. Please sign the online petition (takes less than 5 seconds, I swear!) and share it!
