Wait, what?
It's surprises and annoys me that Amelie Gillette, a comedy writer, doesn't know who Steve Agee is.

Eminem, eh.
I'm excited for this purely because it's a Kurt Sutter project.
Yeah Bitches!
Katey Sagal! About time someone recognised how great she is.
Boardwalk Empire got better as it went on, and The Walking Dead has set a nice base for what will hopefully be a much better second season, but neither really deserves to be on this list.
Yeah, Louie too. Speaking of Louie I rewatched Louis C.K.'s episodes of Parks & Rec the other day, I'd forgotten how brilliant he was in that.
Absurd list
The TV list is a farce.
@Derek Noakes - Don't worry, I get the username. Hopefully Gervais with go through with his plan to do some more Noakes material next year.
The original 12 Guardian podcasts are marvellous, and then the quality after that varies. The quality improved massively though when they adopted the 'Ricky Gervais Guide To…' format. They're as good as the original 12.
@Are You Avin A Laff - Torrent sites.
Good point. There is a lot of cursing in the episodes, which presumably the Science Channel would edit/bleep.
As great as it is to see him hate all the places he visits and moan constantly, I really enjoyed the fact that he liked Mexico and could see himself adopting their way of life.
@Max - How much humour you find in the podcasts is entirely subjective. I find them utterly hilarious, and don't feel bad for Karl as he's entirely complicit in the act.
Head like a…
They'll probably have to put subtitles on this, to help you Americans understand his miserable Mancunian mutterings.
It amused me that Serafinowicz did a dead-on Alda impression on Running Wilde, then two weeks later on SNL Bill Hader did his.
Ugh
Wow, that is some bland shit.
@Dot dot dot - Due to mass immigration from South Asia, England's national dish is now curry (rather than the historic fish and chips), which is fine by me cos I fucking love curry (as do most Brits).
@Mrs Izzard - I used 'nipper', that's as British as chicken korma.
I've got to say, as a nipper I did love Rentaghost, but then again I also loved Grange Hill, Blue Peter, and myriad other shite English kids shows.
Sci-fi-curious?
Confused
I'm feeling a real disconnect between how shitty this film looks and how much I really wanna see it.
