My vote goes to the Arrested Development pilot.

@Leonard Pierce - It's not that I begrudge any artist wanting to make money, it's just that Ice Cube (and myriad other rappers) make it their primary objective. It's so often just bald-faced avarice rather than a desire to create art.

It's precisely that attitude that made me stop giving a shit about rap 15 years ago.

This is how much of a joke Cube has become…
When Ice Cube was announced as the star of XXX: State Of the Union my friend Tom said that Ice Cube was no way believable as a badass, and that they should have stuck with Vin Diesel.

@Beapheal - Yeah, I'm no fan of Manmeet either. Interpret that sentence as you wish.

@Beapheal - I agree with you totally about Todd. It's a shitty character played by a smug douche actor. But around the edges there are decent things, all coming from the Indian characters (specifically Rajiv, Madhuri and Gupta) who deserve to be in a better sitcom.

I'd hate to lose either of these shows, but if I had to pick I'd keep Parks & Rec. I love me some Ron F'n Swanson.

@sarCCastro - That's simply not true. Bad is not an absolute, there can be degrees of badness. And the reason why I used your hated phrase "it's not that bad" is because the show has a reputation for being abominable, which it is not. It's mostly crappy, yes, but nowhere near as bad as people (most of whom haven't

Outsourced
I've actually been watching Outsourced the last few weeks and I've come to a conclusion: it's not that bad. The problem is that the white characters are assholes and the Indian characters are charming. They need to find someway to bridge that disconnect.

I didn't watch them in a cinema, no. Only on DVD.

@Raging Bear - I thought I'd come up with the name myself, but now you mention it it's highly likely I subconsciously pilfered it from Time Trumpet.

Yeah, it's true. I hated Zack & Miri because I hate Kevin Smith, not Seth Rogen.

Good Seth Rogen: 40 Year Old Virgin, Knocked Up, Superbad, Pineapple Express, Observe & Report

I did actually watch them all, yes. In a row. It was a slow day.

American Dad
The Paul alien reminds me of Roger from American Dad, especially the dressing up as a cowboy.

@Turk 187 - Sort of. He's a detective who gets psychic imprints from whatever he eats (which has led him to occasionally bite a corpse!). Don't let the premise put you off though, try an issue or two, it's good stuff and not nearly as ghoulish as it sounds.

Yeah Bean rules in this film, his "I pay it gladly" line slays me.

@supernaut - Thank you sir, I shall take that under consideration.

@Arsenio Billingham - For what it's worth I thought your comparison was rather apt.

I've always hated her and found her to be an annoying presence. She almost ruined the Bourne films for me. But I actually really rather liked her here and am looking forward to seeing more of her character.
