Can you imagine first season Peggy telling Don to shut up?  That is her best line yet, although "Pizza House" was a little gem.

there's no new ideas, it's the mastery of retelling old stories in an unique way that makes Mad men so good..  Why so scornful?

you're nuts, they introduced two new charachters, Grandma Blotto broke her foot, they landed Heinz, Peggy is finally taking Joan's advise, Blow jobs, pitches, Glenn's return, Peggy's mom takes back her desert that is to delicate for Peggy to remove from the box.  What more do you want, geez!

well you're cold and dead inside then.  Mad Men is wasted on you.

That table scence with Parents, Don, Megan and Sally is so perfect it hurts.  In an hour and ten minutes I knew exactly why each of those five people wore the expressions they did, and I ached for all five simultaneously( sp?).  And I had time to linger on their faces, feel for them. Mad Men gives you time to linger…

I want Sal back too! But Don was pretty sneering towards him when he fired him for not putting out for Lucky Strike Lee Garner , so seems doubtful but you never can tell with Mad Men.
