I live in Atlanta, my only guess is that he took issue with the inclusion of Bacchanalia when there's much much better restaurants around.

Apparently the film crew that was there was from Fox news. Surprisingly they released a story that says the reporter's version is accurate and at no point was he aggressive.

I'm not really a fan of it straight, but I like it in a cocktail. A Last Word made with mezcal instead of gin is amazing.

You're right, Speed Racer is not a good movie.

I'm a little amazed that apparently most recipes don't have onions or white wine. My mom made a version where she would sauté those with the bacon, and the smell of those 3 things together is one of my favorite things in the world.

The first time I tried it I did it in the right order but didn't mix the pasta fast enough. The eggs cooked everything together so I wound up with a ball of pasta, and you had to carve off a serving. Still tasted good though.

I thought it was really weird that Polysics and We Are The Physics weren't mentioned anywhere.

Well this should make Adi Shankar happy, in his Facebook post announcing it he added

I loved this album in high school. I'm really glad I didn't have the same reaction to Missing Link because that's how I found out about Del in the first place.

Oh yeah, I forgot they used it in the first movie. I was wondering how they were able to use it at all but I guess it was an existing deal. I remember a while back they said Yauch's put in his will that no Beasties songs could be used for advertising so I was confused when it came on.

I got sad recently listening to that line and realizing both the person who wrote it and the person he wrote about are both dead.

Considering Scoot Mcnairy was right after him I'm surprised they didn't mention him as his scumball partner in Killing Them Softly.

Instead of "flesh mechanic" I prefer Fury Road's "Organic Mechanic"

He might have just agreed to drop the counter-suit he filed for using one of his songs in a promo video without his consent.

"When was the last time that a group of fans were so passionate and influential that they actually became part of the book itself, meta-commentary twisting around to become canon?"

Yeah, my first reaction to the news was "Yay, but I wish he were making a different CG movie about a guy made of yellow plastic."

This episode also has one of my favorite cameos: the process server bum is played by Josh Trank who directed Chronicle and who's next job is directing the Fantastic 4 reboot.

As much as I enjoyed that, I think my favorite cameo I only caught because I noticed it in the credits of one episode. In Tobias's first when they keep getting busted by people for impersonating the Fantastic 4, the very last one (sleeping on him as a bum) is Josh Trank. As in the guy who directed Chronicle and will

I've been reading about this on the electronicmusic subreddit the last couple days. Apparently will.i.am has a history of doing this with acts he likes because it gets them exposure and the label ends up having to pay them more than they would get by just licensing it. At least that's according to another guy who's
