Maybe it's still too fresh, but "Citizen Knope" is a perfect combination of everything stellar about Parks & Rec. It's sweet (candy!), and it does my favorite thing with Leslie, which is challenge her hope just long enough so that the people who love her can join together and come through for her.

30 Rock isn't for everyone, but episodes like "When It Rains, It Pours" and "Plan B" were among my favorites of the year.
