One critic pointed out that the original Reek first convinced Theon to do all that twisted shit at Winterfell, and when he turns back into Ramsay he is punishing him for it. False. On the show, the Rebellion was 17 years ago, but that was just so they could make the characters older. Jon is actually only 14 at the start of the first book and Robb is only a little older than him.
