That last shot of Jimmy was heartbreaking.  He looked completely lost and defeated and now knowing more of his history, I can completely understand why.  Also, seeing Gillian bringing Teddy back up to bed really bothered me.  That lady damages everybody she comes into contact with. 

I would have used all my powers of suggestion to make sure that my wife did this one and not me.  No way I could have gone up there. 

I'm getting a definite 'Freddy Got Fingered' vibe from this one.
