Has "Learned to Surf" been around long enough for us to induct it into the pantheon?
I really wanted to find that before I went to the beach last month (yes, really) and I couldn't find it anywhere and didn't want to shell out for next-day shipping from Amazon. Oh well. Let us know how it is!
I love him; he's such a mensch. I love that he gives props to Andrea Romano, who was probably the single biggest key to the DCAU's success.
Also the Unit, where he fought terrorists with President David Palmer.
"You must never watch this movie."
So when I went to see Star Trek last week, I saw this trailer, which looks less like a feature film than Danny Trejo's home movies:
You and Terrence Malick, apparently:
Was it part of the Great Netflix Purge of 2013? That sucks. Glad I shelled out for the box set back in '04.
In Iron Man 3, that was probably the right call; given that the original Mandarin was a yellow-peril-Fu-Manchu ripoff that would be deeply problematic these days, to say the least.

Maybe I just haven't seen him in anything in a while, but Carrey looked unrecognizable in this to me.
"In the back of Hustler, Hustler, Hustler…."
Hey, it gives us hope that us uggos can find someone like that to marry us one day….
Great flick. And I'm glad Mike mentioned that it was made right after Watergate; you can't imagine a film like this being made at any other time.
That's true, but everyone bitched and moaned about how AFFC and ADWD divided up the viewpoints. I agree about the problems of the POV format, however; it's how we ended up with the Areo chapters.
