Yeah, the tragedy of Lola is that it completely overshadows both This Time Tomorrow and, especially, Strangers. Strangers is Dave's best song, so it's just awfully predictable that The Kinks would get a new hit as he records that, ensuring it's a cult classic and not a Kinks Klassic.

It's a while since I saw it but I think it's argued that that was her lie. No-one saw her.

Josh follows me on twitter and occasionally I reply to him to say something about the show. When he followed me I DM'd him to say thanks for his time on the show. He was very nice.

I've had mine for years (finally getting a new one in a few weeks), it works brilliantly, aside from a cracked screen that's my fault, and I like keeping music off my phone. I have one track on my phone - Waterloo Sunset, for my ringer.

It's very inconsistent but 72 has Celluloid Heroes, the later 70s and early to mid 80s stuff is aggressive and calls back to their early hits, and I think Scattered, the last track of their last original album, is magnificent.

It wasn't really to their detriment. Getting in fights with union guys was to their detriment, it got them banned. Their Englishness was a help, really. Village Green was popular in the underground.

Hey Jude over Here Comes The Sun is a horrendous choice. A terrible song.

Something Else is really weird, isn't it? A locket? Of the Kinks? Strange

I love Muswell Hillbillies but Arthur is their greatest album. It's a masterpiece.

I'm a massive, massive Kinks fan. I want this to be good, but I'm worried.
