I don't know. I think Tony Scott actually did a pretty good job. The scene with Gary Oldman in particular would not have been filmed that way by QT and that's one my favorite scenes of all time.

I was told to tell pregnant women that shouldn't have oral sex for exactly this reason during my OB rotation.   I think the real reason was no one really wants to go down on pregnant women.  Also, who the hell blows into their partner's vagina during oral sex?  It would be pretty hard to get an airtight seal I think.
