Riley and Xander* ;)
I DID NOT KNOW THEY WERE DATING! This is huge to me. Thank you so much for sharing - I'm equal parts excited about it and sad that I wasn't yet aware.
It's funny that you mention this, because the music is something that I specifically dislike about this show. Probably the only thing, actually.
I don't know WHY I was so convinced that Nikita really did go off the rails, but I was. I kept saying out loud, "There is not way this can end with a happy ending!" And I was so sad about it. I am so impressed with this episode and the show in general. I will absolutely miss it.
This is only semi-related, but I wanted to say that I thought 8 Simple Rules did a great job of handling John Ritter's death on the show. The grief was so palpable. . .
Another Mandy Moore fan girl here. Just showing support.
I laughed out loud at John's line that you mentioned. I thought it was brilliant and perfectly delivered.
I definitely cried during Daphne and Regina's scene. The actors and actresses on this show do not get their due credit, honestly.
Love this.
Agreed, I loved the commercials they chose to feature.
I just freaking love this show. So many of ABCFamily's shows - which I, an adult, DVR and watch on a regular basis - are so ridiculous and in the 'entertaining just because it's TV' camp. I mean, The Lying Game and Pretty Little Liars? Really? But Switched at Birth IS so real, especially now that we're out of the…
Thank you for sharing this! I really appreciate you providing such an in-depth explanation and I am so glad the show is continuing to be realistic.
That's what got me, too.
Ah - wrote this before I read that everyone else pointed it out. . .sorry!
It's not that there's anything "wrong" with being a teacher, but that it's wrong for Lily. It's not what she was meant to do, or more importantly what she wants to do. I mean, there's nothing wrong with my job in and of itself (corporate leasing) but it's not really my 'passion' or what I WANT to do.
Fickle, but "and straight-up hallucinates an image of his current girlfriend in the frame at the Captain’s house (in reality it is, of course, a picture of a yacht)." isn't necessarily true. She WAS in the frame, but way at the bottom, being that she was the Boats! Boats! Boats! girl.
Perfect Wednesday morning read. I loved this and I love him.
Yay! Thank you for sharing this! :)
Uh - I knew exactly what she meant when she referenced Father of the Bride Part II. And anyone who didn't could've found out in seconds. Definitely not An Issue.
They didn't buy the truck full of fireworks and weed. . . do you watch the show on a steady basis?
