I doubt it would happen, but I could see this becoming a Vader kills the Emperor moment with Jesse and Gus.Something where Walt tells Gus that he doesn't believe he would kill his kids and Gus responds that he's killed kids before making Jesse realize he's chosen the dark side, etc….

I don't know the exact figures, but you have to keep in mind that Walt hasn't been employed at Fring, Inc. that long in the show's timeline. Also there's other expenses like Hank & Walt's medical bills, Walt's apartment, etc.

Ted's dead, baby. Ted's dead.

I'm glad they do that, but the few times I've tried it I got too frustrated trying to figure out who was talking.

Well-said! Bill Maher is the reason I have HBO. I don't agree with 100% of what he says and does, but I just think it's so important for there to be a show like this, I just wish it was free so more people could watch it.

So…will this film ever be reviewed? My gf really wants to see it tomorrow but I convinced her that we should check out the reviews first since it's likely terrible. Only there aren't any reviews. Not even on Rotten Tomatoes. Even if it wasn't screened for critics shouldn't at least one of them have seen it by now?

I've thoroughly enjoyed rewatching the show with you, @avclub-efd5a10c877af6115fa4226391671750:disqus . These write-ups are everything TV Club should be. This is just about the only TV show I can think of that regularly makes me well up a bit with emotion and your write-ups often do the same.

Anchor scene
Whatever your doubts about this episode, and I have a few myself, I believe the scene with Booger and Larry discussing Larry's choice of a black man for caretaker of the laptop to be so worthy of accolades that it negates much of the complaint-inspiring content.

@Floyd: Absolutely! I've been lucky enough to avoid experiencing this first hand so far, but I really was touched by that whole aspect of this show. Well said!

Dean Fuckin' Norris!
No mention of Dean Norris as the cop? I just rewatched the episode last night for the first time since before Breaking Bad and it blew my mind seeing Hank Schrader interrogate Nate Fisher. Awesome.

Best. Drama. Ever.
I can't fuckin' wait.

Up-to-date readers question (SPOILERS THROUGH BOOK 4)
My girlfriend and I have both read all the books and we're having an extremely geeky argument over whether or not the war can be considered to be over.

Audio clips
I think this is the appropriate forum to request the return of the short-lived practice of including audio clips with the interview.

And to think there was a point in my life when I thought I would never hate a fictional blonde teenage boy more than Draco Malfoy. I was so innocent then…

Hell, Six Feet Under did it in the first scene of the first episode. That's kind of easier, though, since you don't know him yet.

Having said that, if comic strips are indeed fair game, then I'm definitely with Nabin on Calvin & Hobbes.

Douglas Adams
I knew one of you would say it, so thank you, Sam Adams. I can relate to some of the other answers, but for me Douglas Adams is the definition of "re-readable". It's actually been awhile since I re-read any of the Hitchhiker's Trilogy, but I listen to the original radio show whenever I'm going on a long

That would certainly imply that things are right on schedule and my theory is wrong. Just so.

My comment was written without Jcar's being present. I hope Agent Broyles is right, though I see the wisdom in JCar's POV.

I sincerely hope you're right. I like to think that the whole purpose of Martin writing this ep was to handle that particularly sensitive topic. He's my favorite character. If this was his last scene, I wish he would've ended it with the line "Just so."
