I've read that the actress who plays Jenna did an interview and dished about someone having a twin that will be revealed this season…so I wouldn't be surprised if we learn of one soon.

I don't know how it would have been Ali, given that she is alive…and as for Courtney, that character has never been introduced AND producers said they won't be giving Ali a twin, per the books (which I've never read so there ends my spiel on that…)
