Besides writing an all around excellent incisive review, O.S. brings up a good point re: the dearth of fully developed (don't!) female characters on TDK.

See, this is part of why I will always hate Joel Scheizmacher. The comics managed to make both Freeze and Harvey rich, complex individuals with so much pathos.

Thought it was interesting, the show seemed to be calling attention to an unfortunate side of D&D, what with Chang's drow and the Abed/ Britta exchange. A lot of the time, having dark skin, doesn't seem like a very good idea.
