Yeah, always loved the episode where Hawkeye has to create a chain of favors among the different characters in order to get a new pair of boots.  Of course, it all falls apart at the end and he's stuck wearing a golf bag on his foot.

I read it when it was in "Premiere" magazine, though I believe the version that's in DFW's book is longer.  Balthazar Getty is a douche, and yet you just can't stop saying his name.
