Yeah, Kathy's exit would have been a medical evacuation if our society had a healthier attitude toward mental health issues.

"I threw the note out.

That idol could've easily been in a bag with a note. I agree it wasn't that impressive looking an idol, but it wasn't nothing either. I bet it was enough to give you pause. But ultimately, Jon didn't change any of his plans because of it.

I've been pushing the "BobDawg was one the biggest lost opportunities in Survivor history" line for a little while now (since @JudgeReinhold:disqus and @avclub-a1967e6de4ca99fb2635d94b99453928:disqus watched Panama for the first time this summer). Good to see at least one other person knows what I'm talking about.

The rumour goes that Hatch had keystered in some matches.

None of their blood pressure would be good enough to safely allow for such a thing at this point.

To be fair, at this point, we want them drawing rocks for everything.

That is a good tidbit.

Yeah. It can be done. But it takes a LONG time.

I'm not sure I agree (although in this instance, they didn't choose comfort over fishing gear - fishing gear was no longer an option. It was over a sausage dinner, which was a one-time good). Blankets and pillows are whatever. But tarps can be HUGE. Notsomuch this season, since we haven't had any rain, but you get

Kel is the closest we have. In that he lived on the exact opposite side of my country for a period of his life (and worked for the CBC!)

Josh and Reed showed more affection than Cam and Mitchell have in six seasons of Modern Family.

He was being douchey. Sadly, this can be what happens when you put a bunch of 20-something guys together in a competitive environment, especially when there are women around, but not fully integrated.

I'm not sure it would've mattered if she was giving them stuff. The show's not typically going to feature a player voted out this early unless that player is REALLY dynamic. Which she is not.

They have all those blankets, pillows, and a tarp. That could be the easiest win.

First time I've had a player not make the merge. I'm not talking to Dale for years after this.

It happened in the second season. Doesn't get much more "back in the day" than that.

There's a guy who stars on a podcast with some other schmuck who thought so last week.

The sequence of the edit made me pretty sure Dale and Kelley were not winning the battle. So I mostly hoped it was Dale, not Kelley. Which it should've been if this tribe was interested in winning challenges or Missy actually wanted to follow through with her vendetta.

I'm guessing Keith was standard-issue "anybody but me", and to Missy and Baylor's credit, they were the ones that reached out. By what we saw, Dale and Kelly put all their eggs in the Jon and Jaclyn basket, since by himself, Keith couldn't deliver what they needed.
