@avclub-884c4beddd8c98bb3b016bdfcc1bcdf8:disqus  this was back in 2011 before Breaking Bad was pulling in monster ratings. The show got fairly low ratings for most of its history. AMC is probably kicking themselves because as soon as they announced the 2013 end date, the show's ratings went through the roof.

The review leaves out the fact that Admiral Zhao died in the first season finale. Someone like Amon could very conceivably die in this show.
