Directly comparing Roger Corman's The Little Shop of Horrors to the Frank Oz film based on the 1982 musical (which is loosely based on the Corman film) is such a stretch. They are such different things.
I wouldn't think of Will & Grace as blackface, the show for the most part had its heart in the right place at the time. The best you can say about the show now is that it's "quaintly dated." It's amazing how quickly what's thought of as "progressive" on TV changes.
Sadly, the show only lasts six weeks. The audience just wouldn't shut up. The Stellan Skarsgård episode was the most infamous. So much toast.
It is a badly made film. The direction is awful, the pace lags all over the place, the performances are uneven, i.e. it has all the hallmarks of a flat film adaptation of a stage show, which is what it is. But it did have enough goofiness and camp appeal that for whatever reason, a small but devoted group of people…
